Return Policy:
At Chewy Rox we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some particular reason you are not, you may return your unused item(in it's original condition) with all tags attached) for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. We must receive prior notification in order to process an exchange or credit. Unauthorized returns without prior notification will not be honored. You must email us at chewyroxtm@gmail.com with your notification with intent to return. It must include therein the following information

Item # w/Description
Size or Color to Exchange it for
Exact Reason for Return
If there is a significant reason for which you want a return we will honor it on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a return as delienated in our above mentioned policy. Please email us and we will try to accomodate you.
If you do decide to exchange an item or return for store credit, you (the client) is responsible for the shipping charges incurred. Be sure to utilie a reputable carrier as we will also not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Do not re-order your exchange as you will be charged if you do. Be sure to e-mail us and we will send you a store credit certficate which you may use for up to one year from the time of your purchase.
